Tri-CAP Transit Service solves transit needs in areas within Mille Lacs County in the East Central Region. Tri-CAP also serves Morrison, Benton, Stearns and Sherburne Counties. Robin and Karen had a discussion with then Tri-CAP Director of Transportation Services, Craig Rempp who shared his knowledge of the service.
